I have found more information on Mary Elizabeth Watson who was married to a Dowling who may have come from Ireland.
She was born on Aug 7, 1836. I believe that this was somewhere in PA.
She died around Aug 17, 1920. I have the names of 5 of her children. They are John Joseph (my greatgrandfather), Murry, Addie, Sidney, and Myrtle. There are 2 more children that I don't have names for. John Joseph was
born near Marine Mills, MN. I believe that Mary died in MN, as well. Can anyone help mewith more information? Thanks LaDale King.

My ggrandmother, Ellen Dowling and ggrandfather Daniel Dawson were married in St. John's New Brunswick on Feb. 4th, 1869. I have NO other info on Ellen Dowling. I believe she had a sister named Bridget who possibly married a man named Michael Collins in 1882, but I don't know where. The census records I have located list Ellen as born in Canada, but where?? Does this name fit anything you have?
